SHIPPING

We ship Daily(Monday-Friday).

Please keep in mind all orders will process and be shipped within 12-36hours or less of purchase (MONDAY-FRIDAY).

All packages are eligible for shipping insurance via route.

For security purposes, All orders over $250 will be sent with signature confirmation

For  UPS 2nd Day options, please order before 12PM EST to ship out same day. 

RETURNS

StylePurch only offers EXCHANGES AND STORE CREDIT 

Orders are not shipped on weekends and holidays. Orders placed after 2pm EST on Friday - Sunday will be processed and shipped the following business day.

Please note with the volume of service we provide once an order is placed it cannot be cancelled. NO EXCEPTIONS

POSSIBLE DELAYS

Please understand STYLEPURCH is not responsible for USPS delays or any couriers we work with. Please keep in mind that we are only provided with an estimated delivery date from our carriers. On a rare occasion, these packages can arrive outside of the estimated timeframe.

CUSTOM FEES

Custom fees are to be solely paid by customer. By purchasing from us you acknowledge and agree to paying those fees if need be. 

 

UNCLAIMED/INCOMPLETE ADDRESS

Orders that are RETURNED to us due it being Unclaimed ,Incomplete/incorrect address or unpaid customs fees are issued a store gift card with a 15% restock fee/ forfeited shipping. Gift card is sent via email. 

LOST PACKAGES

In the rare event your package has been lost, mishandled or stolen please call UPS or your local post office with your tracking number at 1-800-ASK-USPS to file an insurance claim for reimbursement. STYLEPURCH is NOT responsible for lost, mishandled or stolen packages, therefore STYLEPURCH will not be replacing any lost or stolen packages

 

Items will only be shipped to a verified billing address. If you will like your order to be shipped to a different address please verify with a valid photo ID matching the billing address via emai

Once orders are given to the postal service, it is out of our control and we do not have any additional information than what is provided with the tracking number. We thank you for your understanding & patience during this time.
